Andrew S. was born in Pine Creek township, Clinton county, Pa., August 23, 1828; married Mary Custard, January 1, 1857. She was born in Pine Creek township, Clinton county, Pa., July, 1830. Mr. Myers was engaged in tobacco culture for the past twenty years, and for sever- al years worked in the tombstone business. In politics he is a Republican. The family are members of the Baptist Church. Issue two: 1. Josephene was born September 11, 1859. She is a fine singer, a member of the choir in Baptist Church, Jersey Shore. 2. William G. was born Aug. 26, 1864; married to Carrie Barner, Jersey Shore, Pa., May 4, 1887. She died after a four weeks' illness of typhoid pneumonia, April 2, 1894, aged 28 years, 11 months, 26 days; buried in Jersey Shore Cemetery. Children two: (1) Harriet, born July 11, 1888.
