Wednesday afternoon. Dec. 23rd at 4:30 Mr. William Hedges of McPherson and Miss Mary Wittenberg of Canton were united in marriage at the M.E. Parsonage by the Rev. F.H. Poore.
Mr. and Mrs. Hedges left on the evening train for McPherson, where they will be at home to their many friends in a short time.

McPherson, Kan. – Services for Mrs. William A. (Mary Catherine) Hedges, 78, will be 1 p.m. Friday in First United Methodist Church. She died Wednesday. Survivors include her widower, William A.; two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth E. Pipton, McPherson, and Mrs. Marie M. Bacon, Newton, Kan., and a brother, Walter E. Wittenberg, Canton, Kan. Ball and Son Funeral Home as charge.
