      Carroll Sparks Carter, Jr.,
      82, of Fourth St. Died Friday, Nov. 28, at his home. A native of Paris, Ky. He was born July 12, 1926, to the late Carroll Sparks, Sr. And Gladys Haynes Carter. He was the widower of Lela Davis Carter who died in 1997, a retired electrical engineer, and a veteran of the US Army serving in WWII. He loved researching the genealogy of his family, was an excellent marksman and had been a member of several Gun Clubs in earlier years.
