    • Rena M. Cassity
      Rena M. Cassity, 69, southwest Kansas City, died Nov. 28, 1994, at the home. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Mount Moriah & Freeman Chapel; burial in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the chapel. The family suggests contributions to Hospice Care of the Visiting Nurse Association. Mrs. Cassity was born in Johnstown, Mo., and lived in this area most of her life. She worked for the federal government for 26 years, retiring as a pay examiner at the Marine Corps Finance Center in 1987. She was a member of the Red Bridge Church of Christ. She was a member of the Chatteretts women’s club. Survivors include her husband, A.W. “Pete” Cassity of the home; two daughters, Terry Cassity, Little Rock, Ark., and Lisa Moore, Grandview; and a granddaughter.
