    Fairmount (CNS) - Wilfred Hickman, 67, a life resident and prominent banker of the Fairmount community, died at 6:30 p.m. yesterday (May 27, 1964) at Lake View Memorial. He had been a patient there 10 days. Born Nov. 10,1896, he was the son of George W. and Sadie Hopper Hickman. He was married Oct. 5,1922, to Cena Gilkison, who survives. Mr. Hickman had formerly been cashier at the Porterfield State Bank in Ridgefarm and Sidell. Presently, he was cashier of the First National Bank of Fairmount where he had been employed since 1946. He was serving as treasurer of the Fairmount Grade School District, Jamaica Grade School District and the Village of Fairmount. He was a past master and treasurer of the Masonic Lodge 590. He also was a member of the Danville Scottish Rite and Danville Camera Club. Photography had been his hobby for several years. Other survivors include three daughters, Mrs. John (Janet) Figueras of Rochester, N.Y., Mrs. Lowell (Wilma) Kupfer of Cleveland, Ohio, and Mrs. Richard (Carol) Hinners of Franklin, Wis.; two brothers, Vernon of Fairmount and Wayne of Joliet; and nine grandchildren. He also was preceded in death by a brother. The body is at the Carrington Funeral Home. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.     Catlin, Ill. - Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Catlin Church of Christ for Wayne Hickman, 79, of 123 Short in Catlin. He died of natural causes Friday (Dec. 18, 1981) at his home. Frank Bush will officiate, and burial will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery west of Catlin. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Carrington Funeral Home in Fairmount. Hickman was an electrical engineering graduate of the University of Illinois. He worked at Commonwealth Edison in Joliet, retiring in 1967. He was a pioneer in the field of rural electricity. Hickman was born Sept. 25, 1902, in Catlin Township, the son of George and Sadie Hopper Hickman. On June 12, 1932, in Catlin, he married Miriam Gilkison, who survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Ann Hickman of Catlin; and a granddaughter, Susan Lynn Hickman of Oklahoma. Hickman was preceded in death by a son, Charles, on June 7, 1970, and by three brothers, Wilfred, Vernon and Owen. DANVILLE COMMERCIAL-NEWS.

    Survivors include one niece, Susan (Adrian) Hickman Kalvinskis and their son, Ian and several cousins.

    Ann was a member of Catlin Church of Christ.
