    • Ezra R Baldridge, 77, of Dry Creek Rd, Clearfield, died Wednesday evening, Nov. 11.

      He was born March 18, 1915 in Rowan County to the late Alex and Amanda Riddle Baldridge. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army, and was a farmer. His wife, Ocie Hyatt Baldridge preceded him in death on Aug. 8, 1986.

      Surviving are a son, Junior Baldridge of Morehead, a daughter, Judith Jennings of Anderson, Ind., two brothers, Charlie Baldridge of Clearfield and Harlie Baldridge of Plymouth, Ohio; two sisters Leona Lambert of Morehead and Olive Jones of Xenia, Ohio; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

      Graveside services were held Saturday at the Clearfield Cemetery with Judith Jennings officiating. Full military rites were conducted by the Morehead American Legion Post No. 126. Pallbearers were Gary Lewis, Sanford Bentley, Luster Lambert, Chalmer Otterback, Henry Crace and Dan Castor.
