  • Notes
    • Rev. Samuel Glasgow, pastor of the Woodson Presbyterian church, ten miles southeast of Jacksonville, was drowned last evening on a farm near his home. He and his son, Elkins, 12 years old, had gone to bathe. The father was attempting to save his son, who had been seized by cramps, when the accident happened. Mr. Glasgow had been pastor at Woodson for seventeen years. He leaves a wife and three children.
