    Quinter Republican: A.G. Walkinshaw’s family, living about two miles east of town, are undergoing a siege of typho malarial fever. With the exceptions of the mother, whose death has already been noted elsewhere in this issue, and the six months old baby, who is being cared for by Mrs. D.D. Bailey, the whole family – eleven – are bedfast.
