He married at Watertown, Middlesex, Massachusetts 10 December 1684, Abigail Bigelow, daughter of John and Mary (Warren) Bigelow of Watertown. Abigail Bigelow Harrington was born at Watertown, Middlesex, Massachusetts 4 February 1663/64, died in Weston, Middlesex, Massachusetts 12 January 1754 aged 90 years.
