- CALVIN LEWIS
Calvin Lewis, an old and respected resident of this city, passed away Thursday morning at the General Hospital following an illness of many months. The deceased was eighty-seven years of age and an Anglican in religion.
He is survived by his sorrowing wife, formerly Miss Annie Holland of Portsmouth, and the following sons and daughters: George and James, Bayview; Carvin Jr., Chapleau; Mrs. James MeCammon, Kingston; Mrs. Stanley Fraser, Odessa; Mrs. F. G. Mills, Seattle, Wash.; Mrs. C. Birdstall, Buffalo, N.Y.; also two sisters, Mrs. John Hulbert, Kingston and Mrs. H. Kelly, Kansas City. There are twenty-one grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
The funeral is to take place Saturday afternoon from the family residence, 8 Macdonald street, Rev. J. deP. Wright will officiate. The pallbearers were three sons,
