      Mediapolis – Mrs. Etta Marie Edmonds, 82, Mediapolis, Rt. 2, died Tuesday, Sept 3, at her home.
      She was born Sept. 7, 1902, at Mediapolis, to William and Caroline Vollmer Moehle. She married John Elmer Edmonds on Feb. 26, 1930 at Mediapolis. She was a homemaker, a member of the United Methodist Church, Mediapolis, and the WSCS of the church.
      Surviving: Her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Boedeker, Fredericksburg, Iowa; a son, Dale, Mediapolis; seven grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Cora Miller, Burlington.
      Funeral: 2 p.m., Friday, Fry Chapel, Mediapolis, Dr. Gene Gardner, Kossuth Cemetery. A memorial has been established at the funeral home.
