Notes - Nora K. Ashton, 58, Silvis, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2015, at her home.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Monday at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline. Burial will be in Hampton Township Cemetery, Hampton. Visitation is one hour prior to services. Memorials may be made to the family.
Nora was born June 13, 1957, in Moline, the daughter of Roy G. and Neola W. Whitaker Ashton.
She had worked at Desaulniers Printing Co., Moline. She loved her son's cat, "Phantom." Nora enjoyed doing ceramics.
Survivors include her children, Renee Ashton and Justin Ashton, both of Silvis; three grandchildren; sisters, Patricia Belowske, East Moline, Vivian (Joel) Michaelson, Hampton, Sandi (Terry) Browne, East Moline, and Mary Ann Ashton, Denver, Colo. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Roy Ashton Jr.; nephews, Roy Ashton III and Alan Belowske; great-nephew, Brayden Browne; and brother-in-law Rodger Belowske.
