Canyon County resident Ruth H. Swank, 83, died in Simi Valley after a brief illness. She was born Jan. 9, 1907, in Burlington, Iowa.
She was a former resident of Friendly Valley and The Sterling Canyon Inn of Valencia.
Services will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Chapel of the Oaks. Interment to follow in Eternal Valley Memorial Park.
She is survived by two sons, Roy of Canyon County and Don of Peoria, Ill; a daughter, Marian Johnson of Simi Valley; a brother, Joe Anderson; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
