Word has been received by Mrs. Troy Catanzaro, 253 S. Tenth St. of the death of her sister, Mrs. Amelia Sullivan Wunnenberg, a native of Burlington and one time employee of Bell Telephone Co. in Burlington. Mrs. Wunnenberg and her husband, Mr. Vernon Wunnenberg, were enroute to Iowa to make their home, after having lived in Florida for 40 years and had stopped at a motel in Jamestown, Tenn., where Mrs. Wunnenberg was fatally stricken at 5 p.m. Sunday. The daughter of John and Catherine Weigert Sullivan Mrs. Wunnenberg was born Sept. 17, 1897, and was married to Mr. Wunnenberg in Burlington on Feb. 23, 1921. They farmed near Sperry before moving to Florida.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Wunnenberg is survived by two brothers and three sisters: Joseph Sullivan and Mrs. Catherine Nollen, both of Mediapolis; John Sullivan, 2424 Herman; Mrs. Agnes Pendleton, 929 N. Fourth; and Mrs. Mary Catanzaro. The body will be brought to Prugh's Chapel.
