    • Solomon Marquart
      Bluffton – Solomon G. Marquart, 66, of Stark, died at 10 a.m. Friday in his home following a prolonged illness.
      He was born May 30 [23], 1914, in Van Buren Township, Hancock County, the son of Milton and Delilah Reddick Marquart. He married Margery Shellenbarger Aug. 29, 1940, and she survives.
      Mr. Marquart was a retired Van Buren Township Maintenance Supervisor and a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Genera.
      Survivors include a son, Dennis Marquart of 216 Cherry St.; two brothers, Levi Marquart of Baltimore, Ohio, and Aaron Marquart of Genera; a sister, Esther Marquart of 422 Cherry St.
      Service will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Trinity Lutheran Church, Jenera, Rev. Hans Schultz officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
      The body will lie in state at the church an hour before services.
      Friends may call after 2 p.m. today and until the body is taken to the church Monday at the Paul Diller and Son Chapel.
      Memorials may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church or the Bluffton Community Hospital.
