First in 1756 to Johan Jacob Engler and had 8 children - Leonard, Jacob, Joseph, Adam, Simon, Susanna, Adam and Anna Maria. Johan Jacob died at the Battle of Ft Washington in 1776. Second marriage to John Philip Achenbach in 1778 and had four more children - Philip, Susanna, Daniel and John.
