      Bruce F. Stevens, 35, Rockford, died at Swedish/American Hospital emergency. Born November 30, 1958, in Chicago, adopted son of Robert and Mary Moyer Stevens. Married Anna Wedekind-Johnson, November 07, 1986. Member of Plumbers & Pipefitters Union Local 23. Member of the Boy Scouts of America; earned Eagle Scout and Order of the Arrow. Confirmed in Westminister Presbyterian Church. Survivors include his wife, Anna of Rockford; three daughters by a previous marriage, Rhiannon, Francine and Melanie Stevens; three stepchildren, Aaron Johnson of Rochelle, and Charanna and Miccah Johnson of Rockford; six step-grandchildren; parents Robert and Mary Stevens of Rockford; sister. Lisa Stevens of Aurora, Colorado; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
      Graveside services at 11 a.m. , Wednesday, March 16, in Rose Hill Cemetery, Shabbona, Illinois. Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday in SUNDBERG FUNERAL HOME LTD., 215 N. 6TH Street. Memorials in his name to the family. [1]
