  Mrs. Katie L. (Risser) Achey, of Annville, died at 3 o'clock this morning, at the Good Samaritan Hospital. She passed her 76th birthday anniversary on May 15th, this year, and was in ill health for several years, but the malady became serious only on Saturday. She was taken to the institution on Sunday for treatment. Mrs. Achey and her husband, Harry J. Achey, were residents of Forneydale for many years and were widely known in that locality. After the death of her husband about 2 years ago, she resided with a niece, Mrs. Catherine Ensminger at 1103 East Main Street, Annville. She was a member of the Lebanon Moravian Church. She leaves three step-children: Wayne Achey, Lebanon; Mrs. Elizabeth Shilling, Cleona, and Mrs. Barbara Bross, Mt. Wolf, York County. George Risser, this city, is a brother, and Mrs. Rose Boyer, Annville; Mrs. Fannie Himmelberger, Lebanon; Mrs. Maggie Stine, Hebron, and Mrs. Sadie Weigley, Hershey, are sisters.
