    Mrs. Kathryn Overstreet Moody, 70, RFD3 Nicholasville, died Sunday, November 19, at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lexington, after a long illness.
    She was a native of Jessamine County and a daughter of the late W.W. and Edith Caywood Overstreet, widow of Mike Moody, Sr., and a member of the Bethel Community United Methodist Church.
    Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Jean Ashcraft, Nicholasville; a son, Mike Moody, Jr., Nicholasville; one sister, Mrs. Clark Alexander, Lexington; three grandchildren and one great graddaughter.
    Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. today at the Betts and West Funeral Home by Rev. Archie Barringer.
    Burial will be in the Blue Grass Memorial Gardens, in Jessamine County.

    Funeral services were held this afternoon (Friday) at the Betts & West funeral home for William w. Overstreet, 81, former Jessamine County Tax Commissioner, who died early Wednesday morning at his home on the Bethel road after a short illness.
    He served as tax commissioner from 1917 to 1928.
    Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Clark Alexander, Lexington; and Mrs. Mike Moody, Jessamine County; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
    Rev. W.J. Arvin officiated and burial was in the Maple Grove cemetery.
    Pallbearers were B.C., Thomas an Harry Caywood, Howard Stultz, Robert Ogden and Wylie Reed.

    Nicholasville, Ky., July 17 (Special) – Funeral services for Mrs. Edith Caywood Overstreet, 68, who died at her home on the Bethel road at 3:30 p.m. Monday, will be held at 2:30 Wednesday afternoon at the Bethel Methodist church. Dr. W.L. Clark, pastor of Wilmore Methodist church will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove cemetery.
    The pallbearers will be Sanford Caywood, Thomas L. Caywood, Spencer Caywood, W.W. Halfhill, Howard Stuart and Wylie Reed.
    Mrs. Overstreet, wife of W.W. Overstreet, former Jessamine county tax commissioner, was a daughter of Thomas J. Caywood and the late Catherine Bently Caywood and was a native of Fleming county.
    Besides her husband and father, Mrs. Overstreet is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mike Moody and Mrs. Clark Alexander, of Lexington; six brothers, Thomas, Charles, Harry and C.B. Caywood, Jessamine county, Logan Caywood, Hartford, Conn., and James Caywood, Tulsa, Okla.; two sisters, Mrs. Robert Ogden, Nicholasville, and Mrs. Howard Stotls, Lexington.
