    Richard F. Daulton, 81, son of Ben and Anna Gruend Daulton, died 7 a.m. Sunday (March 10, 1996) at his home in Albuquerque, N.M. He was born April 21, 1914, in Wilmington and graduated Wilmington High School in 1932.
    He is survived by his wife, Ruth; two daughters, Karen and Pamela; and two step-daughters, Sue and Linda.

    Daulton – Richard F. Daulton, 81, a resident of Albuquerque for 25 years, died Sunday, March 10, 1996. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Daulton of the family home; daughters, Pamela Nelson and husband, Lee of Pittsburg, TX, Karen Byrd and husband, Bill of Everett, WA, Sue Hilty and husband, George of Dallas, TX, and Lynda Pieyns and husband, David of San Clemente, CA; grandchildren, Michael Bryd, Alexis Hilty, and Scott Hilty. Mr. Daulton was a New Car Sales Manager at Ed Black’s Chevrolet, worked for Galles Chevrolet, and 2 weeks prior to his death was a valued employee at Melloy Nissan serving in many areas. All together, he worked for the automobile industry for over 50 years. Mr. Daulton was past Exalted Ruler of Elks Lodge BPOE $54 in Lima, OH, a 32nd Degree Mason in Springfield, OH, and a member of the Murat Shrine Temple in Indianapolis, IN. He was also an avid golfer. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, 3:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas NE, with Mr. Ed Kaufman officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Presbyterian Hospice, 4545 McLeod Rd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE.

    Benjamin Daulton, 63, of Willington, O., father of R.F. Daulton, who resides at 113 E. Fifth st. in Springfield, died at 12L45 p.m. Tuesday in Mercy Hospital where he was a patient since Jan. 21.
    Mr. Daulton, a resident of Wilmington for the last 40 years, was general foreman of the Irwin Auger Bit Co. He was a native of Danville, Ill., where he was born on Jane 28, 1889.
    Survivors, besides the son who lives in Springfield, are his widow, Anna; three brothers, Charles of Fort Wayne, Ind., Claude of Dallas, Tex., and William of Lancaster, Pa.; three sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Mays of Kokomo, Ind., Mrs. Bess Brown of Gary, Ind., and Mrs. Nan Fenstermaker of Dallas, Tex., and two grandchildren.
    The body was taken to the Reynolds funeral home in Wilmington where services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington.

    Services for Mrs. Anne Marie Daulton, 74, of 3139 Juliette Dr. will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Cantwell-Sweet Mortuary with Rev. W. Wood Duff officiating. Burial will be in Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington.
    Mrs. Daulton died at 2 p.m. Thursday in Springview Nursing Home after an illness of several months.
    She was born Sept. 24, 1891, in New York City, and was married to Benjamin Harrison Daulton, who died in 1953.
    A resident of Lima for nine years, Mrs. Daulton was a member of Market Street Presbyterian Church, Business and Professional Women’s Club and Trinity Chapter 16, Order of Eastern Star.
    Surviving are a son, Richard F., 3139 Juliette Dr., and a sister, Mrs. Harvey Strowbridge, Los Angeles, Calif.

    End Comes Early Sunday At Lafayette: Funeral Rites To Be Tuesday
    Joseph B. Daulton, 77, died at 4:45 o’clock Sunday morning at the William Ross sanitorium at Lafayette, after a lingering illness.
    Mr. Daulton was born Oct. 6, 1859, at Maysville, Mascon county, Ky. At the age of 21 he was married to Ada M. Hitchcock of Kentucky. Following their marriage they moved to Champaign county, Ill., and after several years farming in Illinois, they came to Kokomo. The wife died in December, 1915.
    Following the death of his wife, Mr. Daulton made his home with a daughter, Mrs. William Fenstermaker, at Rochester. He returned to Kokomo last April when the daughter moved here.
    Surviving are four sons and three daughters, Charles Daulton, of Fort Wayne, Ben of Wilmington, O., William of Kokomo, Claude of Kansas City, Mo., Mrs. Arthur Brown of Gary and Mrs. Clyde Mays and Mrs. William Fenstermaker, both of Kokomo. He leaves also one brother, C.A. Daulton of Anderson, and a sister, Mrs. Andy Eden of Amarillo, Texas.
    Funeral services will be held at 10 o’clock Tuesday afternoon at the Rich funeral home, 300 Mulberry street, followed by burial in Crown Point cemetery. The body will be taken to the home of the daughter, Mrs. Fenstermaker, 916 East Taylor street Monday afternoon and will remain there until time for the funeral.

    John Jefferson Hitchcock, died Tuesday night at 10;20, at the home of his niece, Mrs. Robert Bush of Siloam, Ky., at the ripe old age of 87 years, eleven months and twenty one days. He was well known in that vicinity where he leaves a number of friends. One brother Caleb Hitchcock of St. Paul, Ky., survives. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at one o’clock at the Mt. Zion cemetery.
