Notes - Biggs Death Is Termed Suicide
Biggs (E-R) - The death Wednesday of James Virgil Razor, 72, of Biggs was listed as an apparent suicide by Butte County sheriff's deputies.
It was report he was shot in the head by a .22-caliber pistol in his home. Razor's body was found by his brother-in-law, Paul Buckner of Biggs, when Buckner went to the Razor residence to check Razor.
Deputies said Razor had been depressed about ill health for some time.
Funeral services are pending in Gridley Funeral Chapel, Gridley.
