- Ralph M. Klotz
Matawan - Funeral services for Ralph Marvin Klotz, in Malawan, will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, at Peace United Church of Christ in Minnesota Lake. The Rev. Dean Stille will officiate. Interment will be held at the Minneopa Cemetery in Mankato.
Mr. Klotz died Saturday at New Richland Care Center.
He was born Aug. 12, 1894, in Mead, Neb., to Joseph and Minnie (Williams) Klotz.
He was in the livestock hauling business for many years and in later years he was interested in furniture restoration and antiques. He was a member of Peace United Church of Christ in Minnesota Lake.
He married Catherine Ann Davis Dec. 3, 1914. She died in 1952.
He married Lena Williams, Riverton, Wyo., July 19, 1958, in Albert Lea. She survives him.
Other survivors are his son, Richard of LaCrescent; a daughter, Catherine Linnihan, Waseca; six grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Ann; his parents; a daughter, Doris Sorenson, and a great granddaughter.
Friends may call at Friedrich's Funeral Home in New Richland from 5 to 9 p.m. today, and at the church one hour before the service.
