Paul R. Cassity, son of Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Cassity, was born near Purdin, July 19, 1894 and passed away at his home in San Francisco, California, February 22, 1947. He served in the Navy as radio operator in World War I. I leaves to morn his passing his wife and three children, Beverly, Paul Jr., and Marilyn of the home; his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Cassity of Purdin, one brother, Mr. Guy Cassity, San Franciso, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Etta Bivens, Brookfield, Mo.; Mrs. Bernice McLendon, Oakland, Calif.; Mrs. Nin Myers, Freeport, Louisiana, one aunt, five uncles, also a host of friends.
