He was born Dec. 27, 1893, near Milan, Mo. the son of Isaac Newton Cassity and Elizabeth (Smith) Cassity, On Dec. 24, he married Mabel Smart, who survives at the home. In addition to his wife, he Is survived by two daughters Mrs. Franklin Switzer, St.
Catherine and Mrs. John Patten, of Laclede, a son Donald Cassity, Kansas City, Kansas, a sister Mrs. Grove Thompson, Brookfield, Mo. He was preceded In death by his parents, four sisters and one brother. Funeral services will be held at the Wright Funeral Home In Laclede, Mo. Burial will be In the Laclede Cemetery, Laclede Missouri.
