Ruth Russell Wonders, 82, of Hayfork died Monday at her home. No services will be conducted.
Cremation was at Redding Cemetery.
Born Aug. 7, 1903, in Allerton, Ill., she moved to Trinity County in 1980 from Mountain Gate.
Mrs. Wonders was a homemaker, member of the Hayfork Southern Baptist Church, and member of the Roderick Senior Citizens Center in Hayfork.
She is survived by daughter Vivian Hooper of Hayfork and sister Lora Smoot of Yucca Valley.
Lawncrest Chapel in Redding is handling arrangements.
