      Madison - James M. Reed, age 74, died Tuesday, August 29, 1990, at a local nursing home. He was born on March 12, 1916, in Louisville, Kentucky, to George and Minnie Reed. Survivors include a son, David "Skip" of Milwaukee; a daughter, Sally Green of Illinois; one sister, Louis Brinley of Louisville, Kentucky; two nieces; and one nephew. Funeral services will be held at Cress Funeral Home, 3610 Speedway Road, at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 1, 1990. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 31, at the funeral home.
