    • BRADSHAW, Carl William Sr., 84, husband of Thelma Bradshaw for 61 years, died Wed., June 9, 2004 at St. Joseph East Hospital. Born in Versailles, KY, he was a son of the late Lucien and Nanny Bradshaw. He was a retired farm manager and also worked for the Keeneland Association. Survivors other than his wife are two sons, Carl William (Brenda) Bradshaw Jr. and Freddie (Angie) Bradshaw, Lexington; three daughters, Frances (Harry) Risher, Greensburg, IN, Nellie (Dan) Hatfield and Linda (Sanford) Adams, Lexington; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Lucy Dones and Mary Elizabeth (Sis) Davis, Lexington, and Ruby Childers, Louisville; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10 am Mon. at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - Main Street by Dr. Jay Robison. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-9 pm Sun. Guestbook at Legacy.com
