Mrs. Frank Trumbo of north of Sturgeon received word of the death of her brother-in-law, J.E. Sherk, at the Bell Memorial Hospital in Kansas City, Feb. 15. The funeral was held in Brookfield Wednesday afternoon, with burial in the Brookfield cemetery.
