  • Notes
    • Fatal Accident.
On Tuesday evening last, Frank Hedges, a workman on the I.B.&W. Railroad extension, was kicked in the stomach by one of John Howard’s horses, from the effect of which he died last evening at the residence of Mr. Howard. Much credit is due William Murphy, the contractor on the work, of favors and kind attention shown the unfortunate man. The remains will be taken to Indianapolis this evening for burial.
