Notes - Edna Pearl Cochran Hedges, 90, Lebanon, died Wednesday. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Myers Mortuary, with calling from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. today. She had been a cook for several restaurants. Previously, she had worked for Lebanon Canning Factory and had worked for Stewart-Warner Corp., Lebanon, during World War II. She was a member of Church of Christ at Gadsen. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice. She was the widow of Francis Cleveland Hedges. Survivors: sons, James, Donald, Ernest, Thomas and John Hedges; daughters, Thelma Yaryan and Pearl Rogers; sisters, Goldie Lasley, Mary Newman and Stella Sturdevant; 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
