      Ronald W. Gilkison, 70, husband of Carolyn Gilkison, died Tues. Nov. 2, 2010.
      He was born in Versailles, to the late Cecil and Myrtle Maddox Gilkison on Feb. 27, 1940.
      Mr. Gilkison was a retired employee of IBM. He also was a past Commander of the American Legion Post #341 and a member of Corinth Christian Church.
      Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Missy Alves, Lawrenceburg; his sons, Marty and Mike Gilkison, both of Lawrenceburg; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
      He was preceded in death by his sister, Phyllis Goodrich, and Jerry Gilkison.
      Funeral services were Friday at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
      Serving as casketbearers were Timmy Legal, Steve Goodrich, Andrew Reeser, Travis Goodrich, Chris Mitchell and Daniel Goodrich.
      Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill was in charge of arrangements.
