Notes - Deloris M. Cowger 79, of Indianapolis, passed away on Friday, January 22, 2010. She was the widow of Paul E. Cowger. She is survived by sons, Joseph L. Koltcz and Paul D. Cowger; daughters, Lori Davison and Lisa Ward; sisters, Norma Berndt, Bertha Conley and Judy Daugherty; ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center-Speedway. Service will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at the funeral center. Entombment will follow at West Ridge Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Southern Care Hospice. www.flannerbuchanan.com
