    • Paul E. Cowger 71, of Indianapolis, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2009. He was a Marine Corps veteran. He was a retired brick mason for Bricklayers Local #4. He is survived by his wife, Deloris Brooks Cowger; son, Paul D. Cowger; step-children, Joe Koltcz, Lori Davison, Lisa Ward; ten grandchildren and two nieces. Visitation will be Sunday April 19, 2009 from 2 to 6 p.m., at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center-Speedway. Services will be at 11 a.m., Monday, April 20, 2009 at the funeral center. Entombment will follow at West Ridge Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to SothernCare Hospice.
