- Former Napaite Weds
William H. Beagles, eldest son of Mrs. A.M. Beagles, and a member of one of Napa county’s pioneer and prominent families, was, on Tuesday, married to Mrs. Marie O’Brien, of San Francisco, at a quiet wedding at the county seat, Rev. Richard Wylie officiating. The groom is in the furniture business in San Francisco, which city has been his home for several years.

- LKH Note: Marie's first husband, William Thomas O'Brien, died in 1916. They had one daughter, Jeanette O'Brien, born about 1901. The family lived in Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz County, California in 1910.
By 1920, Marie and William Henry Beagles had married. They lived in San Francisco along with Jeanette, age 18, and Marie's mother, Phillisse Wolf (unknown maiden name, born in France about 1845).
