I was unable to find the date or place of either death or burial for Rebecca.
The Olde Swedes Church in Wilmington, New Castle, Delaware shows Rebecca married John Vanaman in 1744.
I also found an undocumented note that she died shortly after the birth of her daughter Rachel in 1745.
