Notes - Mrs. Lucinda Hunt Allen
Mrs. Lucinda Allen, wife of John Allen, of 1531 Jackson street, died at one o'clock Friday morning after an illness caused by complications.
Mrs. Allen was 61 years old and was a most estimable woman. In addition to her husband, John Allen, she is survived by four daughters and three sons, Mrs. Albert Jacobs, Mrs. Charles Ross, Mrs. George Schweinsberg, Mary at home, and James, Jack and Howard Allen.
Mrs. Allen was known for her many charitable deeds, and a truly good woman was called to her heavenly reward when she passed away.
Short services will be conducted from he home Sunday afternoon and interment will be made at Bennett's Chapel, Ky.
