    • Frankfort – John Clifford Evans, 87, of 220 Hanah Place, a retired superintendent with the U.S. Postal Service and father of Louise Roach, died yesterday at the Veterans Administration Medical Center of Cooper Drive, Lexington. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Rogers Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
