      Lee Hedges Hudson, 75, of 478 Reynolds Ave., passed away at Akron General Medical Center July 24.
      He was born in Canton, Mo. and had been a resident of Akron 54 years. He had long been associated with the meat business in this area. He was proprietor of the Akron Provision Co. for the past 40 years.
      He leaves wife, Carmelita van Tress of Akron; daughter, Dora Jean Witner of Cape May, N.J.; granddaughter and husband Mary Lee and Rev. John R. Hull; two great-grandsons of Allston, Mass.; sisters, Berniece Zingg of Colorado, Erena May Hudson of Missouri and Mary Ann Anderson of California.
      The family requests that memorials may be made to the Heart Fund in lieu of flowers. No calling hours. Private services and interment will be at the convenience of the family in Rose Hill Burial Park. (Carr Memorial Homes, Fairlawn Chapel, 867-7306.
