Syracuse - Robert J. Petero, 78, of Indianapolis, formerly of Syracuse, was found dead in his home Friday. Mr. Petero retired in 1978 from Bryant Heating and Air Conditioning. He was born April 5, 1918. Surviving are two daughters, Lorie Petero and Nicole Petero, both of Indianapolis; four grandchildren; and a brother, Oliver G. of Syracuse. He was a World War II veteran.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Rieth, Rohrer & Ehret Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hire Cemetery, Benton. Friends may call one hour before services in the funeral home.
