    Harrison was a Veteran of the Union Army in the Civil War. He enlisted on April 4, 1862 in Decatur, Iowa in Co. G, 3rd Missouri State Militia Cavalry, which later became Co. K, 7th Missouri State Militia Cavalry. He was mustered out on April 3, 1865.

    Corp. Price was the second husband of Martha (Tipton) Cassity Price (1839-1924). They were married on May 29, 1868 in Harrison County, Missouri and had at least four children together including: Leonidas, Elsworth, Mary and Adda Price. Martha was married previously to Isaac Newton Cassity (1832-1864).
