Notes - Mr. Hiram Brown Died.
Mr. Hiram Brown, who died on the Jelly farm five miles north of Grenada, last Saturday night, was buried Monday at the burying ground near where he died, Rev. J.A. Hall of the Methodist church of Grenada conducting the services. Mr. Brown was born in Vermilion county, Ill., July 30, 1862. He was married to Miss Blanche Hedges Dec. 24, 1891 and to this union three children were born. He was a charter member of the Church of Christ at Georgetown, Ill. He had made a most favorable impression on all who had gotten to know him in this county and genuine regret is felt over his death.
