Ross Mosteller, 93, Brazil, passed away Oct 28, 2009. He was born Nov 5, 1915, in Parke County, Ind., to Homer and Ethel (Sexton) Mosteller.
Ross bought and sold scrap metal for a living. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, being outdoors, spending time with his family and working.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughters Linda Mosteller and Elsie Waters, sons Charles Mosteller and Jack Mosteller, and wife Mary Mosteller.
He is survived by children Carl Mosteller and Ross Mosteller Jr., Mildred Mosteller, Catherine Kennedy (Kent). Roy Mosteller(Judy), Betty Linder, Bradley Mosteller(Heather), Elwood, ex-wife
Vicki Raines, 24 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, brother Louie Mosteller, as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Services will be at Lawson-Miller Chapel, Monday, Nov 2, 2009, at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Center Point Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home Monday, from 11 a.m. until time of services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his family.
