Notes - SHERLOCK, Bellajo "Jodi" age 80 of Hamilton passed away at Mercy Hospital Fairfield on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at 7:22 AM. She was born in Rockcastle County, Kentucky on September 14, 1929 the daughter of Amos Andy and Ruby Naomi (Frith) Hampton. Jodi was a member of St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church. On October 25, 1947 in Hamilton she married Richard John Sherlock Jr., and he preceded her in death in 1999. She is survived by six children, Rev. R. Marc Sherlock of Tipp City, Ohio, Daniel L. Sherlock of Deer Park, Ohio, Timothy J. (Maria) Sherlock, Thomas M. Sherlock, both of Hamilton, Rosemary (Josef) Ture of Fairfield, and Joseph E. (Tisha) Sherlock of Hamilton; nine grandchildren, Andrea (Sergio) Mejia, Kent (Nicole) Sherlock, Marc Sherlock, Bethany Ture, Christine Ture, Annie Ture, Zachary Sherlock, Alexander Sherlock, and Lewis Mills; four great-grandchildren, Jasmine, Scarlett, Sahara, and Athena; a brother, Larry Hampton of Indiana; and a sister, Connie (Richard) Cunningham of Fairfield Township. She was preceded in death by her parents. Prayers will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Monday, September 21, 2009 at 10:15 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home at 1350 Millville Avenue on Sunday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery. www.browndawson.com
