Salem – Carla J. Crouch, 31, died at 1:14 a.m. Wednesday, June 1, 1988, in Salem Township Hospital.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Oakdale Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon.
Miss Crouch was born May 5, 1957, in Mount Vernon to John and Pearl (Cooper) Crouch.
Survivors include her father, of Mount Vernon; one brother, Johnason Crouch of Phoenix, Ariz.; and one sister, Judith Childers of California.
Her mother and two brothers preceded her in death.
