    • Rachael Irene McMillian 1914-2005
      Rachael Irene McMillian, 82, of Midland, died Sunday (July 3, 2005) at her residence. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Clinton. They were married in 1930.
      Mrs. McMillian was born Oct.14, 1914, in Aurora, Ind., daughter of the late Joseph Roy McClanahan and Cassie Anne Sanders. She had retired as a seamstress from Apex Furniture Company in Cincinnati. She was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Pendleton County, Ky.
      She is survived by a son, Harold (Inez) McMillian of Midland; five grandchildren ...; 17 great-grandchildren ...; and four great-great-grandchildren ...; and numerous nieces and nephews.
      In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, James Ervin; a brother; Raymond; a sister, Ruby Cash; and a granddaughter, Cathy Abercrombie.
      Funeral Services will be held 3 p.m. today at Eckler-Hudson Funeral Home, 30 S. Main St., Dry Ridge, Ky., with burial in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Pendleton County, Ky. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. today at the funeral home.
