      Bluford – Wintress Shields, 92, of Route 1 died at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, 1993, in Crossroads Community Hospital in Mount Vernon.
      Service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Bluford Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard McCormick officiating. Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
      Memorial may be made to Belle Rive Missionary Baptist Church.
      Southern Illinoisan, Carbondale, Illinois. Saturday, 30 January 1993.
