      New Castle – Leroy (Roy) C. Bice, 72, died Friday in Henry County Memorial Hospital.
      Mr. Bice was born in Ionia, Mich., and moved to New Castle in 1997. He attended South Side Church of the Nazarene. He was a carpenter for many years in Lansing, Mich.
      Survivors include his wife, Alice Marie Kissick Shelton McGaha, Bice; a son, Dean Bice (wife: Carol); two stepsons, Tony Shelton (wife: Carol) and Marvin Shelton; a stepdaughter, Connie Petty (husband: David); two sisters, Doris Johnson (husband: Clayton) and Dora Nementz (husband: Emerson); a sister-in-law, Judy Bice; two grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
      His firs wife Florence Smith Bice died in 1991. A son and a brother are also deceased.
      Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in South Side Church of the Nazarene.
      Called will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday in Main & Frame Funeral Home and an hour before services Tuesday at the church.
      The Star Press, Muncie, Indiana. Sunday, 21 March 1999.
