Notes - Ruth Lindsey Alsip, 91, of Plant City died Thursday at South Florida Baptist Hospital. A native of Norwich, N.Y., she moved to the Tampa area in 1971 from Tully, N.Y. She was a high school teacher for Tully Central High School, Episcopalian, and a member of Eastern Star in New Berlin, N.Y. She is survived by her husband, Ralph B.; a son, David R. of Stamford, Conn.; two sisters, Ester McNitt of Duanesburg, N.Y., and Regina Marsh of Fairport, N.Y.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Wells Memorial Funeral Home, Plant City.
