Notes - Carole Lee Gilkison passed away on Jan. 19, 2010, due to increased complications from a long-time battle with diabetes.
She was born in Kincaid, Il. on March 12, 1935 to Eugene and Elsie Blakeney Mollett. She married Charles R. Gilkison on Sept. 18, 1953. He preceded her in death.
She is survived by a daughter, Teri J. Willey (husband, Daniel) of Las Vegas and son, Richard (Rick) A. Gilkison (wife, Ludy) of Rancho Cucamonga, California; seven grandchildren, Teri's daughters, Amanda and Jennifer, and Rick's children, Raymond, Michael, Mark, Mervin and Melanie; and 10 great-grandchildren, Clayton, Lila and Maguire (Amanda's), Brooklyn and Brayden (Jennifer's), Erin and Merilou Jane (Raymond's), and Jasper, Anthony and Christopher (Michael's) and three siblings, Phyllis Brooks of Georgetown, Ill., Larry Mollett of Las Vegas and Nancy Brown of Catlin, Il.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Marjorie Walczak and two brothers, William and Eugene Jr.
