- The remains of W.A. Wakerley who died Wednesday will be sent to Napa, Cal., accompanied by Mrs. Wakerley and C.A. Beagles. The funeral services will be held At Napa. Mr. and Mrs. Wakerley had only been in Pomona a few days. Mrs. Anna Bose of West Fourth street, is a sister of Mr. Wakerley.

- Wakerley – In Pomona, July 6. W.A. Wakerley, beloved husband of Clara Wakerley, beloved son of George and Mary Wakerley of Napa, and loving brother of Mrs. John Brownlie of Vallejo, Mrs. Annie Boss of Pomona, Mrs. Marshal F. Jones, Mrs. J.A. Andrews and R.M. Wakerley of this city and George A. Wakerley of Napa, a native of California, aged 44 years, 11 months and 6 days.

- Wm. A. Wakerley Passed Away at Pomona Sanitarium on Wednesday.
Wm. A. Wakerley well known in this vicinity, passed away Wednesday at the Pomona Sanitarium in Southern California.
He was 36 years of age, and a native of Calaveras county, California. He had been in poor health for some time, and gradually failed in the past month till the end came Wednesday.
He was a son of Geo. W. Wakerley, who resides in Salvador District near Napa. He was employed as clerk in the Fairmont and Palace hotels in San Francisco for the past twelve years. The remain will be brought to Napa for interment.
Beside the parents, he leaves two brothers and four sisters, Bert Wakerley of Napa, Robert Wakerley of San Francisco, Mrs. Marshall F. Jones and Mrs. M. Andrews of San Francisco, Mrs. Anna Boss of Los Angeles, Mrs. John Brownlie of Vallejo; also two children, Harry and Dorothy.
It is expected that the body will arrive here from Pomona this (Friday) morning.
